1. SMS Program Opt-In Flows

IanLawnCare provides service updates, appointment reminders, and billing notifications via text message. There are two ways to opt-in to this program:

• Website Opt-In: Customers provide their phone number via our web form and explicitly check the consent box.
• In-Person Opt-In: Customers may provide their phone number to our staff during service quotes or on-site visits.

2. Introductory Message

Regardless of the opt-in method, all new subscribers will receive an introductory message confirming their enrollment:

"Hi [Customer Name], welcome to IanLawncare. Thank you for signing up for service with us. We will text you from this number with information about upcoming appointments and notify you of pending invoices. Msg & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt-out."

3. Opt-Out & Help

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send "STOP", we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. For help, text "HELP" or contact us at minutemen.outdoor25@gmail.com or (865) 556-7122.

4. Recurring Opt-Out Reminder Policy

IanLawnCare will include a "Reply STOP to opt-out" reminder in our text communications at least once per month for all active subscribers.

5. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule, but typically averages 4-6 messages per month.

6. Rates and Liability

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
